V3 Automotives Private Limited - Worst Customer Support and Sales Support

I would like to share my experience with one of the Hyundai Car Dealers, V3 Automotives Private Limited, Chennai, Tamilnadu. 

On August 10 2021, a Sales Team Leader, Mr. Sasikumar of V3 Hyundai has committed us a price for Hyundai i20 Asta, DT Petrol (order enclosed with this mail for reference). The delivery date confirmed is 1st Sep, which may extend to 5 to 10 days due to high demand for the color.  

Today, on 3rd Sep after almost 25 days they called me and informed me they cannot offer the discount as per agreed during the order booking due to high demand for the model. 

Maybe they have another customer who can pay a high price and need delivery shortly whom they want to satisfy. 

They demand me to agree to the new price or this booking will stay canceled and my initial booking amount will be refunded.  

I just wonder if this is the way Hyundai keeps its promise or is this Hyundai teaches or educates its dealers to do so. 

Our phone calls after paying booking confirmation went unanswered. Whereas calls made from other numbers are picked. After making us wait for 25 days, today they denied and took back the promise of delivery as per the agreed price.

If they have not committed the price and delivery period, I would have gone to another dealer. 


I rate this experience with V3 Automotives Private Limited as the very worst I have experienced or heard in all these days which forced me to move out of Hyundai. I want my friends and those who follow bench3 to be aware of these fraud people. V3 Automotives Private Limited is not recommended for anyone who seriously looking for commitment and promise.  

They will promise but will easily deny the promise as it is never made by them. The booking confirmation is as below.


I have also rated V3 Automotives Private Limited very poor in Google Reviews and other social media. After which your staff is threatening me to remove the message, or they will not even process the refund of my booking amount. 


How cheap their thinking is. I lost my respect for Hyundai Motors and V3 Hyundai for having such a team and the way they respect their customers and the way they honor their sales commission.  


They don’t want to treat customers as king but treat them as human first and understand customers will grow only if you have honored your commitment.


Today Hyundai and V3 Automotives Private Limited has lost a customer, but very soon if this is not corrected, they will lose the market and business.


On 4th Sep 2021, the showroom people have started calling my number and harassing me with abusive words. This is something I never expected from the Hyundai level. I have updated my initial google review with these actions.


I believe the leadership team will certainly work on this and correct whatever required.


To all those reading this, if you had a similar experience with V3 Hyundai or with anyone else, you can share the same for creating awareness to the people and to filter the worst out of our way. some may even have a good experience, they can share whatever they want others to know.
